linked account

I lost my password and gmail for my linked psn account and i wanted to link my EA to my new one and was wondering if i could do that, please help me out

  • Hi yxsteen

Sadly, no. An EA account can only match with one of each type of linked accounts in its lifetime. So if you have already linked a PSN to it in the past, even if you unlink it, a new one can't be linked in the future. It's also important to know that unlinking your PSN from your EA account will mean you'll lose access to your game progress and purchases. Our EA Help guide covers this and more: How to unlink from an EA Account

The best option would be to contact Sony Support and try to update the email on your PSN account so you can reset the password. Here's how:

    1. Open this guide and try the steps: How to recover your account for PlayStation Network
    2. If you run into issues, scroll to the bottom of that guide and select 'Contact PlayStation Support'

Their support team will do their best to help you from there.

    Hey yxsteen

It looks like things have gone quiet here, so I'll close this thread for now.  If you run into anything else or have new questions, please feel free to start a new thread.
