Hello Baileyboss33,
No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.
The link to EA's Support is here.
In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
Click on "See all Help Topics"
Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
Click "Continue without logging in"
Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us"
(EA help Guide.)

As above, but you can also try requesting a password reminder if memory serves. Occasionally that will reactivate the disabled account email address if the account has been dormant.
