Linking Xbox Account

I'm trying to connect my Xbox account to my EA profile (both of which are under the same name, "SleepyKarasu") so I can use cross-progression on Apex. The problem is that it's saying my Xbox account ...

If you do not recognize the email address of the EA account to which your Xbox account is linked, you will need to contact EA Help Support for assistance making the necessary account changes.
