At the moment, the EA Help site appears to be working normally, so I’d like to understand where the process is getting stuck for you.
It's after it asks me the basic questions, then asks what's the issue so I explain that my account has been hacked and I'd like access to it, and they said they'll redirect me to an advisor and then it takes me to a site that says 'the issue isn't supported by advisors' and leaves a forum help page link.
