Logging into Child accounts

Unable to login even with password resets. Need to able to login as they cannot add anyone (even us parents). Assume this is some setting needing adjusting within the child accounts.

    Hey tommyrr2008​ this is not something that we can really help with here on the forums. But good news it's generally an easy enough fix.

    What you can do is take a look at this help article and try the recommended steps.
