Login not Logging in !

Question

Dear EA,&nbsp;I have a big problem with account. If I want to log in into my account i need to use 2 factored security with code send to mail. But I have never received any mail with Code... ! It is very frustrating, I can´t play with my ea account, I cant play online EA games that I have purchased on Xbox. This problem still pending for many months. I tried to write a complain on EA sites from another account.&nbsp;Please please fix it, send me code. I want to play what I have put money for... And I bought new battlefield that I can´t play !&nbsp;&nbsp;

I opened a case and I’ve been getting the run around. They said there’s a glitch. But didnt say they’ll fix it.
