Login unavailable issue in EA companion app

Hey guys. I'm facing a problem recently that I'm not able to log in to my account in the Ea fc 25 companion app. I'm not a new user , I've logged in previously with my account but now it's not happen...

Are you able to login on your console or PC?

Can be a network or device issue so worth checking.
