Lost access to e-mail used for 2FA

Hello, I used my old e-mail address for 2FA. However, this account was inactive for a long time and was deleted, so I no longer have access to it, and I cannot login into my EA account. Is there any way to request account recovery process? I even have physical boxes from the Sims addons I bought, but they are useless if I cannot login. I spent hours looking for a way to contact support, but the real HUMAN, not AI bot, but was unable to find any currently working way.  

Is there any way to contact support live? looks like phone queue no longer exists... 

I would be extremely grateful for any help with recovering my account, as total worth of the games I lost is just sad for me.

    I have this exact same problem. My Steam account is linked to the old e-mail address, so I can't link my Steam to my current account. I opened a support case and got no help.

    1. Log in to your EA Account.
    2. Select the topic that best describes your issue. If an advisor can help, a contact option will be available under your help topic.
    3. Select Chat with us or Start chat.
    4. Fill in the contact form with your:
      • first name
      • last name
      • e-mail
      • platform
      • subject (a short description of your issue)
      • attachments (e.g. screenshots, documents, links).
    5. Select Send.
    6. A chat window will open when you’re transferred to an advisor.

    After you contact us, we’ll create a case for you. You can view it and keep track of updates in My Cases. You’ll be notified of changes to your case via email.
