I no longer have access to the email that is linked to my ea account, as it was a service provider linked email and I have changed internet providers. I have, conveniently, forgotten my password as I hadn’t needed to use it for years.
I opened a new ea account but can’t link it to my games.

Thanks for the reply I have gone through these steps and it keeps sending verification codes to the email I Can't access. It’s really a vicious circle…
I have tried starting another account but that doesn’t work either
it would be nice if someone could reach out and help me through the situation I’m in.
