Lost EA account trying to unlink Steam
As of late, I wanted to buy Battlefield 1 from steam, I totally forgot that my long lost EA account was linked to that steam account, I purchased the game, launched it, nothing.. waited, did it again, nothing, it turned out that i had the wrong EA account, and contacting support is taking too long, I really need help guys my refund is almost over.

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with this, and I completely understand why you’re anxious to get it sorted out with the refund window getting close.
But if this is tied to an old EA account that was previously linked to your Steam account, I’m afraid this is the kind of account-linking issue that can’t really be resolved from the forums.
The best next step would still be to contact the support team through the EA Account Help Hub and click Contact us at the bottom of the page.
