Sorry to hear this. Can you share a bit more? For example:
- What EA Help support options are you selecting in the case webform page (where it asks you to fill in more information)
- Are you able to complete the case web form for her? It's the page where it asks you to fill out more info, and then click 'Submit' (take a screenshot of the page that loads next)
- After you click 'Submit', are you switching tabs / closing or minizing the window, while waiting for an advisor?
