Madden 26 Support Ignoring Me

It is very unfortunate that out of all companies to make the NFL game, it is the one that cares about the consumer the least. For months of playing madden 26 ultimate team, I have faced the same issue where I will play through a full game, win said game, and when I get back to the menu it gives me a loss on my record. Conveniently, this always happens during my playoffs, which means I have to miss out on the large rewards, and even more conveniently, spend money on the game to get these rewards back. It is very blatant that this occurs because I do not often spend money on this game. I have spoken to many support agents about getting back my rewards, and they all usually say they are putting in a “priority ticket” and that I will get goodwill packs in 48-72 hours. Of course, this never happens and I never hear back. For any EA employee reading this, I still need this problem fixed. Please go out of your way to improve the customer experience.
