Made a purchase in game using steam overlay

Hi Fumiosh,

If payment was made to Steam, then you should contact them regarding a refund. However, if the purchase was made through EA, then you should be able to open a case via https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/. 

If you're not sure who was paid, check "Order History" on your EA Account (it's in the "Payment and Wallet" section when you're logged in to your account at ea.com). If the purchase doesn't appear there, then it would most likely have been made through Steam.
