Main EA account got hacked, EA help is terrible and doesn't work

You can try to recover your EA account by following the steps in this article: What to do if your EA Account has been hacked. If you're unable to recover the account by following these steps, then you will need to try contacting EA Help Support once again. In case you're still unable to contact EA Help, please let us know which product and topic your selecting when trying to create a help ticket.

    I'm still unable to contact EA Help support. The product I'm selecting is EA Account, and the topic is "I need help with my hacked account."

      What options does it give you when you select that? If the chat option isn't appearing, please try selecting "I want to update my EA Account information".

        Believe me when I say I selected every topic, and there's no chat option for any of them.
