If you're unable to recover the account by following these steps, then you will need to try contacting EA Help Support once again. I'm still unable to contact EA Help support. The product I'm selecting is EA Account, and the topic is "I need help with my hacked account."
Community ManagerWhat options does it give you when you select that? If the chat option isn't appearing, please try selecting "I want to update my EA Account information".
Believe me when I say I selected every topic, and there's no chat option for any of them.
Community ManagerIf you're not getting the chat option when selecting the topics mentioned, please try going through the contact flow while logged out from the website, and make sure there are no ad or pop-up blockers enabled on your browser.
There's only a chat option when I'm not logged into my account, very weird.
Even when I select the chat option, THEY DON'T RESPOND! SERIOUSLY, HOW BROKEN IS THE CHAT OPTION!?
