Main EA account got hacked, EA help is terrible and doesn't work

I'm still unable to contact EA Help support. The product I'm selecting is EA Account, and the topic is "I need help with my hacked account."

What options does it give you when you select that? If the chat option isn't appearing, please try selecting "I want to update my EA Account information".

    Believe me when I say I selected every topic, and there's no chat option for any of them.

      If you're not getting the chat option when selecting the topics mentioned, please try going through the contact flow while logged out from the website, and make sure there are no ad or pop-up blockers enabled on your browser.
