Hello, I was locked out of my gmail account that was attached to my ea account and the only way that I can change my email for the ea account or to get rid of my payment method is to get back into my gmail account which is not an option. I was scammed and now even if I tried to get back in there is a "parent" on my gmail account and I was wondering if an ea worker... person could somehow help me?

Sorry to hear that. For help making changes to your EA account information, our support team can assist you.
To reach them: open this guide > scroll to the bottom > click 'Contact Us' > answer the questions from the chatbot to create a ticket. The support team will do their best to help you from there.
On a side note, I'd recommend reporting the Gmail account to Google support. They may be able to place a protective lock on the account if they see suspicious activity, and, better still, they may be able to help you recover it. It'd be worth trying if you haven't yet connected with them about this.
