Main EA account got hacked, EA help is terrible and doesn't work

What options does it give you when you select that? If the chat option isn't appearing, please try selecting "I want to update my EA Account information".

There's only a chat option when I'm not logged into my account, very weird.

    Even when I select the chat option, THEY DON'T RESPOND! SERIOUSLY, HOW BROKEN IS THE CHAT OPTION!?
