major issue

hi guys   ive been trying to change my ea name and email preferences  for many months now, every time you need to change something it says  we have sent an email to your email client for verification...

Hey Xiy2X2XiLwv3d​ that's not great to hear. 

Is the email account that you are checking one linked to your EA account? Could you have multiple EA accounts by any chance?
