Managers Matter: Let Us Search by Formation

I believe most of us treat managers mainly as an element that helps complete the Chemistry in our squads. However, some players may not realize that manager tactics can actually be very important and provide significant benefits to those who choose to use them and apply their tactical setup.

The real problem, however, is how difficult it is to find the right manager, or more specifically, a manager who uses the formation we want.

When we search for a manager, whether the manager is already in our club or we are looking for one on the Transfer Market, we only see the manager's name. To check which formation they use, we have to press R3 to view their formation.

If it isn't the formation we're looking for, we have to repeat the same process with another manager, over and over, until we eventually find the right one.

This takes a lot of time and can become quite frustrating and repetitive, especially when we're specifically looking for a particular formation.

What if EA introduced a much easier and more efficient way to search for managers?

EA could add a Formation Filter to the manager search options, allowing us to select the formation we are looking for.

For example, if I want to find managers who use a 4-4-2, I could simply select 4-4-2 from the filter, and all managers using that formation would appear in the search results.

The same feature could also be implemented when searching for managers on the Transfer Market.

This would make finding the right manager much faster and easier, while also giving manager tactics more value within the game instead of making this important information unnecessarily difficult to access.
