MANY PROBLEMS-CANNOT GET MY PURCHASES BACK
- Yesterday EA worked perfectly.
- Today EA told me I do not have an account
- I havce 3 accounts - 2 non used ones - so logged into them ok
- 4.Several times tried logging into my normal account which has all my purchases on it - EA claims I do not have an account under that email address
- So created new account with that main email address - guess what? - no purchases listed.
- Tried to find out how to delete this newly created account - guess what? Can't find and way to contact EA to have it deleted.
- So how do I get my purchases back? EA help is completely useless, waste of time. So what can be done?
- Would be great is someone from EA actually contacted me........
