Missing Division Rivals Weekly Rewards – FC 27

Hello EA Support,

I completed 30 points in Division Rivals before the weekly reset and qualified for the upgraded weekly rewards.

However, after the reset, my Rivals progress returned to 0, and I did not receive or get the option to claim my previous weekly rewards.

I also checked My Packs and the Companion App, but the rewards are still missing.

Could you please investigate and help restore my earned rewards?

thanks
