Most wanted and E,A.,s lack of real support

Question

Have inquired about support for my game and sent error reports. Never a solution given except figure it out yourself. Try to figure it out on your own, is all i get.

The lack of game support is a joke I don't want to search through forums for hrs trying to start a game.

I was really looking forward to release of bf6 . After all my recent inquiries and being straight up ignored I just don't trust my purchase will even be supported.

12 year member on forum knowing I will just be ignored again this will be my last communication with no response. I'm glad you saved money on support , cuz ill be buying no more games that don't run and are not supported.

I have requested help from support. For help launching Need for speed most wanted many Times have they just given up supporting their games. Nothing but crickets.

You helped me once in the past..thank you but I'm giving up on ea. Never again will I trust them to support the games they sell nor will I waste this much time trying to fix a game.that should work to start with. I understand its an older title but its still being sold it should function as promised patched or pitched. Thanks Darko
