    Hi rwlgy017pk6s

It sounds like you would like to update the email address registered to your EA account. Can you log into the EA account at the moment? If you can, you may be able to update the email using the steps in this clip:

    Hi rwlgy017pk6s,

Yes, you will need our support team's help if you can't recover access to the account yourself. They can help you update the account information so you can have an email on there that you can access. Before they can do that, you'll need to pass the account security stage with them. That will be harder without access to the registered email, though. If you can recover that at all, it's worth trying.

If not, the support team may ask for additional information. They won't be able to give you hints or verify if what you've shared is right for security reasons, but try to recall the info as accurately as you can. To reach them, open this guide and scroll to the bottom. Click 'Contact Us' and answer the few q's the chatbot asks to send in a case.

Our guide recommends having the following information ready to go:

    • The email address you used to make your EA Account.
    • Any usernames or console IDs (e.g. Xbox Live Gamertags or PlayStation™Network Online IDs) connected to your EA Account.
    • Any invoice numbers from games you’ve bought from our store or product codes for your games.
    • If you’re trying to get back into a mobile game, have your mobile game’s ID ready.

Ah, I see! Let's see if we can help you get through. Could you walk me through what's happening? Is it looping? Could you share what guide you started from, and the chatbot log (minus any personal info)?

I'm sorry you experienced that on your Gmail. I'd definitely recommend trying to recover it and reset the security around the Gmail account if you can. Google has a support guide I've popped below that shares some tips for account recovery. If you run into any issues completing those steps, click on the 'Let's Chat' button in the bottom right for more help.

Hey rwlgy017pk6s, dropping in to see how you're doing! How did you get on with this? Were you able to recover the Gmail, or update the email on the EA account?
