My account hacked

How many more times do I need to contact you for help? My account was hacked and you haven't responded for months. My email was changed, I created a new account to submit tickets, and now I want to play Apex.

    Sorry to hear you've been locked out of your account and Apex for so long. I see you mentioned creating a new account to submit a ticket, and I did want to clarify so we can get you back in-game as quickly as possible.

    If you posted on the forums about this previously (from the other account), please keep in mind we cannot make any changes to your account on the forums. This would include recovering an account that someone else accessed, because we cannot discuss or verify your personal information in public.

    It doesn't look like any cases have been created from this particular account, so that will be the best way to have support take a look at this issue with you. Please make sure to check through these steps to make sure everything is secure, then you'll be able to create a case using the Contact us button at the bottom of the page. The support team will be able to take a look at this with you from there, thanks!
