My account has been stolen, and I am unable to recover it through EA support.

I registered my account in 2015 on the Origin app. I can still provide the original registration email and proof of game purchases. However, EA Support still cannot help me recover my stolen account. Their service is extremely inefficient and useless!

    Customer service is unable to verify my information, even though I am certain that all the information I provided is correct. Their verification method is rigid and inflexible, making communication very difficult.

    Sorry to say hahaha_gm​ but if our team has been unable to verify account ownership, then this would not be something that we can change.

    The best thing I can suggest is to gather as much additional info as possible and speak with the team again.
