My account was attempted to be stolen

Someone else tried to steal my account and the primary email address was changed. I got my passwords back with two-step verification and a secondary email address, but my account was suspended indefinitely.I tried to appeal through EA help but they keep saying they are encountering a problem and I cannot play my games. Please help me through my email address.

    So, if it's the same problem they're encountering when trying to recover my account (I was unfortunate and did nopt have means to recover the same way you did) then, I hate to tell you, but the "problem" has existed for at least 10 days. There does not seem to be any haste on their end to actually fix the issue they have for account recovery etc.
