My account was hacked and I've been trying to contact you for 3 days

I've had an open ticket for 3 days, and you keep closing it and saying you fixed it. I was really wanting to buy Skate coins. So, when I found out my EA account had been hacked, I wanted to resolve it first to avoid any risks. But apparently, no one has the ability to resolve a 5-minute issue. I have proof of purchase and everything, but unfortunately, it seems there's no one on live chat.
