It is clear that EA supporters are trying to ignore this issue,I have the same issue after appealed few time,since then I can no longer submit any appeal,but at the time I still can reach out chat advisor,after few attempts of asking advisors for solution I can no longer access ea advisor chat as well.I guess it is because EA blocked our account
