My account was wrongfully banned
My account has been banned for over a year. I have sent many appeals, detailing why this permanent ban is wrongful and unjust, and I was always met with a response saying that I had in fact broken ToS (I am positive I did not) without any evidence , or that EA won’t look into this issue any further. I would just like an opportunity to be heard out, I love many EA games and my account was permanently banned for another players actions completely unrelated to me or my account.
Is there any way I can speak to a member of the ToS team and plead my case, I have tried through the ban appeal process but it has not worked. Please

I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the only way of contacting the ToS team is through their appeal process (https://help.ea.com/uk/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/).
Unfortunately, if they are no longer prepared to accept appeals from you, then your account will most likely remain banned.
