EA needs better customer support

It's been over a month and I have filed multiple appeals, I still haven't heard a single word from EA Support.  I paid $70 for the new Battlefield 6 on Xbox and found out my account had been disabled when I tried to play the game.  My account tells me I have no violations.  Now there is nothing to do but file appeal after appeal and wait to MAYBE get an email.  I either want to be able to play the game with my account or I want my $70 back.  

It is an absolute disgrace that there is no actual customer support that one can get decently quick help with/through.  

Is there a way I can delete my old EA account and create a new one so I can at least play the game I spent $70 on?  I feel like that may be the only option since getting help from "customer support" apparently isn't going to happen.

    Hey 93b89entyxh4​ would it be possible to share the message that you see onscreen when unable to play?

    The more info we have about it the better we can help.

    Shared this in the original thread over a month ago.  Your advice was to submit an appeal, that has gotten me nowhere.  Starting to believe no one actually looks at the appeals as I have 3 submitted and not a single word in response from EA.

    If my account is banned and I can't play their game, why would they let me waste my money on it?  I bought it from the Xbox store through the very account they say is banned.

    So it's been another 3 weeks.  Is there NO OTHER WAY I can get some mother loving help?!  I want my money back or I wanna play the game.  How can they ban my account for no reason and then not have a way for me to get help?! This is RIDICULOUS!
