If you're missing progress, this is generally due to unlinking a platform or linking one to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
It looks like you've unlinked a Steam account from this EA account multiple times, so the only way to try restoring access to any missing progress would be to re-link that Steam to the same EA account where the progress was first made.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform can be re-linked.
I've checked my EA account and my email, and both are in order. However, after linking them, I still end up with a new account when I log in.
What steps do I need to follow to contact customer support for help? What information do I need to provide to them? I need to recover my game save data, as it is very important to me.
