My E-mails are not sending

So im trying to get a hold of my EA account that is linked to steam so when I had an option to log into steam it was no problem until it asked me to look for a code in my email, I know what Email it is, i have looked through spam and promotions and everywhere else i could not find the code, could i have some help please

    Thanks for giving those a go. You may need to reach out to our support team directly for more assistance. You can connect with them through our EA Help site. Use these steps:

    • Open the EA Help website
    • Click “Help by Topic” followed by 'Security and Rules': You'll find this at the top left-hand side of the EA Help homepage.
    • Then choose 'How to enable two-factor authentication on your EA Account': This will open a guide that will share some tips.
    • Scroll to the Bottom: At the end of the guide, you’ll find the “Contact Us” button. Click to start your support request
    • Login or Continue as Guest: The next step will ask you to log in to your EA account. If you can't log in, you'll also see the option to continue as a guest.
    • Fill Out Your Info: Enter your details, select from the available topic options, and give a description of the issue. If the topics available don't match your issue, that's ok. The context you add to the description field will help clear things up.
    • Submit Your Ticket: After filling out the form, hit “Submit Ticket.” 
    • Choose Your Contact Option: Pick from the available contact options, and our support team will be ready to help.

     

    They'll do their best to help you from there.

    Hi ReeCheen​

    If you’re not getting codes sent to your email, double-check

    • your inbox isn’t full.
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked emails from EA.
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
    • for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. 

     

    Then, try and resend the code again.
