My EA account was hacked

Hello,I created this account earlier this year, but I don’t remember when I created my old account. My account was stolen, and the email address linked to it is no longer mine—it has been changed. Two-factor authentication was added, and I have no access to it either. I have no way of accessing the account. It's been almost 1 or 2 years now.I bought NFS Heat on Steam, but my Steam account is linked to a different EA account, so I can’t play the game. How ridiculous is that?I submitted tickets to support four times, but when I check my case history, it’s empty.Has EA Support died?Is there anyone else who can help me with this, please?

Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about your account and that you're having problems contacting EA Help support. If you click on this link and scroll down to the bottom of the page, you will see a Contact Us option. From there, please select that your account was compromised:
