My ea emails not coming through
So I changed my Microsoft email about a year ago and changed it back to my ea email today and I’m trying to login to my ea account but the security code isn’t coming through to my email and I don’t know or understand what to do.

If you don't receive the verification code, make sure to check the following things first:
- your inbox isn’t full
- you checked the spam folder
- you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
- you’re logged in to the right EA Account (as in that case, the code might get sent to another email address)
Also make sure to check that you have changed the email address on your EA account to the new Microsoft email. It might be the case that you still have another email address linked there.
If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your EA account, please reach out to EA support.
