My EA Playstation account is linked to an email I have never heard of.

Below is the error I’m getting when I attempt to link my PlayStation account to my EA account.

The email listed has “@disabled.ea.com”, which certainly indicates it is not a real email.  I have no idea how this happened, but I need to regain access and link my PlayStation account correctly.  It appears that EA themselves must have done this, because the domain name is disabled.ea.com, which obviously isn’t even a real email domain name.

Is there any way to get an actual human at EA to address this?

  • Hey Kondor999,

It looks like you're linked to an old, dsiabled EA account. You can try to restore it by resetting the password via the original email address (the disabled@ea part is just an anonymization in our system, not an actual domain), but if that doesn't work or you don't remember what it could be you'll need to reach out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
