My Honest Take on EA

Hello,

I've had 5 errors over the course of my time with EA. These errors date back to the days of Origin. I've legitimately never had a proper resolution met or achieved by your 'support' standards.

I've never left a review for anything in my life, but actively wanted to take the time to write this post to shame you. I've had nothing but a horrible experience with your company. I'm not even trying to pile onto the bandwagon of the general community hating you for microtransactions - I simply mean to underline that your company is seemingly incapable of fixing even the minor issues with your own app. Let alone issues that arise with individual accounts, games, or alternative software. 

I genuinely hope that this company stops treating its consumer base like numbers - trading instead, more effort spent in actually helping with support issues. Even your support tickets don't work - I've sat for 3 hours waiting 'to be connected' with a live representative in a chat box with no approx. hold time.

Your website is clunky, your app is unintuitive and broken, and your support is a joke. I have to download games through Steam just to run them. Embarrassing.

To be honest, with a company like this, I expect to be banned for posting this. I don't believe you're capable of overcoming yourselves - let alone minor tech issues broadly speaking.
