It looks like your PlayStation account is linked to an old disabled EA account. You can restore it by resetting the password via the original email address attached, but otherwise I'd recommend reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look at this for you.
Hello!! I've tried to resetting the password two times but after login I still can't login to my EA account and it still ask me to resetting my password!!!!! Can you ask someone to help check my account please!!!!!
I 've scanned the QR code to reset my password two times (you can check my password history) but in the game when I try to play online to connect to EA account it still shows you need to reset your password and the QR code. I'm mad!!!
Community ManagerIt sounds like you're either not using the right email address, or you've since made another EA account with it. In either case, at the bottom of the article I've shared there's a link to our live support team.
