my psnetwork account won't link to my ea accout

Having same issue with my playstion network account being link to this ea disabled email can't figure out what to do it's not my email it's my psnetwork account won't link to my ea accout

    Hello fry00378​,

    Account related issues can only be handled by EA support, if you are able to prove that the account is yours, the EA support team will assist you with the linking/unlinking process.

    I mean as of now I feel like all I can do is make a new account and transfer my ges to it
