My Steam account is linked to an unknown EA account

I recently tried to connect my EA account to STEAM to play Need For Speed Inbound, and it happened that I was not allowed to do so, when I entered EA account, I got the legend that an EA account that I do not recognize was already linked to my STEAM account, I contacted STEAM support to look for a solution and they told me that EA was the only one able to solve the problem, I have been looking for days to contact directly with EA support and I can't find a way, I would appreciate any help, did I just lose the opportunity to play any EA game on STEAM?

    Hey JAVXAM23,

    Based on the screenshot, it looks like someone may have gained access to your account at some point in the past and has changed the registered email.

    For this it would be best to get in touch with our support team to help recover the account itself. As they'll need to discuss private account details, that is not something we can assist with here on the forums.

    You can create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.
