My Steam account was hacked, resulting in it being banned
My account has not played in 2025, and I have observed abnormal recharge and game activity on the IP address. I can provide the IP address activity of my initial email, but EA HELP shows that the consultant does not support the issue.
The game IPs and recharges that I often play occur on this IP [Snip - Please don't share your IP address on a public forum!]. Last year, my phone was lost, which may have led to the intrusion of my Steam and Outlook emails. Recharging and gaming activities occurred at other IP locations, and now my account has been banned. What is the situation with EA HELP not allowing me to submit a case? I haven't appealed myself yet!
Here is my IP address and Steam recharge behavior. The recharge for 2024 was completed by myself on [Snip - Again, I can not stress how bad of an idea this is!], and the recharge for 2025 was not made using my IP address!
