Need for Speed Payback (ea.com/unable-to-connect) Check Internet Connection)

So in short my EA account & PlayStation account are linked yet every time I load up Need for Speed Payback an play online after several years of being in the military and I wanted to show my Wife one of my favorite games. Yet for some reason EA Support has tried absolutely everything to help me play again an yet still nothing works at all. 

Does anyone have anything that might be able to help. An I mean some real technical work. We've tried deleting user profile, Internet connection, DNS and MTU changes and even rebuilding the data base and clear cache data ECT. 

Nothing is working and man I just want to play this game. I truly enjoyed Need for Speed Payback and want to play it again. Any ideas?
