    We are currently DAYS now in waiting for even a COMMUNITY MANAGER to acknowledge the LACK OF SUPPORT, call them out on X and submit reports against community managers failing at their jobs, obviously we gotta do something to draw attention. Dont trust the LIVE CHAT option either they FALSE ADVERTISE a 30 est. wait time when in reality it takes 24 straight hrs to connect to someone to be told they dont have the ability to do anything to help. oh just FYI they also have 0 Support numbers or any way to contact besides sending an email to their JUNK FOLDERS to never be opened.
