Need help getting help to log into this awful platform

I'm trying to log into my ea account but the verification code never sends. through android, pc (both chrome and edge). So where do I go to get help? I cant log in to anything to find help. I literally had to create a new account. Can anybody help? Is there a chat? Can I show up at headquarters? What hamster runs this company?
