Need help with account recovery

I have tried speaking with support multiple times, and they have advised me that I can continue to try but now when I submit a request to chat I am met with messages saying this issue is not supported. I can not play any of my games until I recover or unlink and relink my PSN to a new EA account. If I’m unable to submit a support ticket, how do I go about completing account recovery?
