I am literally having this same issue but the email that is linked to my Playstation account is a aim email which aim no longer exists. So frustrating, if you ever figure this out please lmk, the wait times are absolutely horrible and this is the worst customer service support ive ever encountered.
Yeah by far the worst customer service i've ever experienced from a big company. They have on the EA Help website that you can 'contact' them for assistance in getting your account back, and there is quite literally no contact information to get help. Its amazing how badly a multibillion dollar company can fumble something as simple as good customer support.
Facebook does the same crap, no live customer support. Also i know specifically our issue would take them no longer than 5 minutes to fix.
This^ I’ve been waiting since 9:32 am for a live chat support to open. It’s currently 12:58 pm and I’ve still heard nothing. I’ve @ them on twitter a dozen times, updated my ticket a few times. This is absolutely disgusting behavior coming from a multi-billion dollar company. Who in their right mind makes it to where you can only link an account once per what seems like lifetime lol.
