Yeah by far the worst customer service i've ever experienced from a big company. They have on the EA Help website that you can 'contact' them for assistance in getting your account back, and there is quite literally no contact information to get help. Its amazing how badly a multibillion dollar company can fumble something as simple as good customer support.
Facebook does the same crap, no live customer support. Also i know specifically our issue would take them no longer than 5 minutes to fix.
