Need help with ban
I appealed my ban and the status is now stuck on "Waiting on Player". I checked my email and the case history and there is no contact from anyone. The case is Case #230546016. What do I do?

I have checked my emails and all relevant folders they could have been routed to and there is no email. I also contacted the live support chat and everyone I spoke to said the same that I should have received an email but nothing has come through yet.
Did you ever get this figured out? My ban appeal has been on waiting for player for days.
