Needed help with support, but they greyed out the chat option..

So I bought The Sims 3: Seasons for Mac, but the version I got was 32-bit, and usually I would go to support, but the option to chat with them was greyed out..... WHAT DO I DO!?!??!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!...

Were you able to get through to another advisor, or are you still running into issues with this? I do see your recent case 245860024 was a live chat, was that before this happened?

Are you able to just resume that case from your case history page here?
