no EA Play rewards

I have EA Play through Xbox Ultimate pass but cannot receive my EA Play rewards on my Xbox x series, Does anyone know how to fix.

I just realised that I am having the same issue, with respect to the original EA Deployment Pack from game launch, and the current EA Play Season 1 Pack.
